New research has been released on the benefits of “green exercise.” Apparently just five minutes is all we need.

Researchers found that as little as five minutes of a “green activity” such as walking, gardening or cycling can boost mood and self esteem.

So, get your 5 minutes a day by encouraging your workplace to register for the £1000 Sustainable Routes grant now.
